PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Eight people were arrested Tuesday in a northeast Portland home that police describe as a chronic nuisance.

Officers said they've served four warrants and made multiple arrests at the home in the Arbor Lodge Mobile Home Park, 6415 N.E. Killingsworth, since July. A 2-year-old child has also been taken into protective custody from the property.

The home has accounted for three-quarters of a pound each of seized heroin and methamphetamine, according to investigators.

Since the beginning of July, police have received complaints about the location from neighbors and a nearby school. Another warrant was served at 9 a.m. Tuesday

Patrick Murphy, 69, and Jack Lowe, 45, were both arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, dealing meth, dealing a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school and frequenting a place where narcotics are sold.

Kim Chee Eng, 50, and Michelle Murphy, 39, are both charged with probation violation and frequenting a place where narcotics are sold.

Vicky Hibdon, 49, and Nannette Hibdon, 48, were each charged with frequenting a place where narcotics are sold. Brittany Ulrich, 23, is charged with possession of heroin. A booking photo was unavailable for Ulrich.
