Man claiming to have bomb robs Vancouver adult store

VANCOUVER, WA (KPTV) -

Vancouver police are looking for a suspect who claimed to have a bomb as he tried to rob an adult shop late Monday night.

At around 9 p.m., employees at Taboo on NE 94th Avenue told police a man walked in and handed a note demanding money.

He stated he had a bomb strapped to him and told employees, "I'm serious."

Employees told police they were able to see some wires coming out of his clothes.

They told the man to leave and called 911.

The man took off empty-handed.

Police are reviewing surveillance cameras to get a better look at the man.

Anyone will information on the robbery should contact Vancouver police.
