PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

An electric bike valued at almost $10,000 that was stolen last week has been returned to its owner.

Police released a photo of the bike at 2:45 p.m. Wednesday and asked for the public's help tracking it down. Within an hour, officers said the bike was found.

The bike's owner says there are only three Stealth Bomber electric bikes in Oregon, and he cable-locked his to an electrical box in the 100 block of Southeast 160th Avenue on Friday, Nov. 29. The back tire was also locked using a Kryptonite lock.

Sometime between noon and 12:45 p.m., the unique bike was taken.

Police said Wednesday that someone saw a reward flyer posted in southeast Portland and recognized the bike. It was then returned to the owner. Police did not provide any additional details.

There were no immediate reports of any arrests in the case.
