Police: Man sexually assaulted ex-girlfriend's mother

A 23-year-old man is accused of sexually assaulting his ex-girlfriend's mother.

Police were called to a home on Northeast 68th and Glisan Street at 8:45 a.m. Friday.

Officers contacted the victim and learned she had been physically and sexually assaulted by someone she knew.

The woman identified the suspect as Michael Landon, 23. Police said he is the ex-boyfriend of the victim's daughter.

Officers responded to Landon's home and arrested him.

The woman was taken to a Portland hospital for treatment.

Landon was booked in the Multnomah County Jail on charges including kidnapping, sex abuse, attempted rape, strangulation and assault.

Investigators do not believe there are any additional victims or suspects in this case.
