BEAVERTON, OR (KPTV) -

Washington County sheriff's investigators arrested at least four people they suspect are involved in an international meth distribution ring.

Deputies served search warrants at three different homes as part of an ongoing investigation Tuesday morning.

They raided homes on the 2500 block of SW 175th in Aloha, on the 13700 block of SW Linda Lane in Beaverton and the 16800 block of SW Naples Court in Beaverton.

Suspects Richard E. Webster, Robbie D. Shelton, Tina M. Heagle  faced charges varying from forgery to identity theft to drug-related crimes.

A federal warrant is out for the arrest of a fifth person, Donald R. Bechen.

According to Sgt. Bob Ray, the suspects took part in ring that sold meth online, using stolen identities to avoid detection.

Investigators also arrested Lesa E. Jump on charges of meth possession. She was not involved in the ring, said Ray.

Jump lives at the home on SW 175th, according to neighbors.

"Back in the summer, there kept being a lot of traffic coming to that house by foot and by bicycle and cars," said Bob Feder. "All different times of the day."
