A home invasion happened in Molalla Thursday night after Clackamas County Sheriff's deputies said a man walked into a home and stole two television sets.
They said the burglar did it while a couple was home.
The victim said she came face to face with that burglar. She said she noticed the stranger walk in and grab her TV.
It all happened just as the couple was getting ready to go to bed.
Both were in different parts of the house and didn't hear the burglar break out the glass door that leads to the garage.
The suspect then made his way into the home, and once inside, the couple says the man grabbed a big TV and loaded it into a waiting SUV.
They say the stranger then made his way into another room where one woman was sitting in a chair working on her computer.
She says just as he was grabbing the 50 inch flat screen TV, she asked him who he was and what he was doing.
"He then kind of pointed at her and said you don't need to bother with who I am or what I'm doing, and then he grabbed the TV and took off and away he went. He did a lot of damage trying to get into the house just for two TVs," said Shane Carpenter, the victim's son.
The family believes there was a second person involved, who was possibly a getaway driver.
They say the two knew what they were doing because they never opened the garage door, which would have set off the alarm.
The burglar also targeted the couple's woodworking shop on the same property, and busted out the window to that door.
The family is still trying to figure out what else the crooks took, but they believe he caused several thousand dollars in damage to their home and shop.
Anyone with any information about this case should call the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office.
