Coffee shop flasher suspect arrested

Posted: Updated:

A man who police say exposed himself to several coffee shop employees is behind bars.

Tualatin and Lake Oswego Police arrested 48-year-old Robert Ray Martin at his home in Sherwood Saturday.

They say a citizen spotted Martin's vehicle in a used car sales lot which helped lead to the arrest. Detectives confirmed the vehicle belonged to him and had been sold to the used car lot on Dec. 30.

Martin is charged with 10 counts of felony public indecency and was booked in the Washington County Jail. Fox 12 found that Martin has no prior criminal history.

Martin posted bail and was released from jail. He is due to be arraigned in court Jan. 15.

Police say Martin flashed workers at various drive-thru coffee shops in Lake Oswego, Tigard, Tualatin, Portland and Wilsonville.

Witnesses say he drove through without any license plates on his car before pulling up to the drive-thru window and masturbating.
