Savage is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cleveland Police Department for rape. This was a cold case from 1994. New information was developed that linked Savage to the crime. It is alleged that Savage raped a woman after she declined his sexual advances.
Savage is a 40-year-old black man standing approximately 5'06" and weighing 185 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Savage is believed to be hiding somewhere in Cleveland. He also has a previous address near the 9500 block of Mount Auburn Road in Cleveland.
