PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

A year after a deadly hit-and-run crash in southeast Portland, the suspected driver remains on the loose.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of 58-year-old Victorio Nogueda-Barrera.

He is accused of hitting Tommy Gann, 56, on Southeast Holgate Boulevard near Milwaukie Avenue at 5:30 a.m. Feb. 14, 2013.

Gann lived in an apartment in the area and was crossing the street when he was struck. His family believes he may have been going to get coffee or to catch a bus.

Police found him in the road suffering from traumatic injuries. He was taken to the hospital and later died.

Police said the driver never stopped.
