PERRYSBURG, OH (Toledo News Now) -

I-475 northbound was shut down for more than an hour Wednesday morning in Maumee after a multiple vehicle accident.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol says the accident happened just before 10:30 a.m. on I-475 north just north of the Maumee River. Troopers say a car was speeding through a construction zone and hit two cars. Those two cars then hit another car, creating a domino effect.

According to the OSHP, only two people were injured.
