PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Three teens are accused of robbing a Portland cab driver at gunpoint.

Police said it happened at 12:15 a.m. Jan. 8 near Southeast 157th and Division Street.

The Broadway Cab driver was not hurt, but the suspects took off before police arrived. Several hours later, the first suspect was arrested.

He has been identified as Kevin Hickman, 16.

In late January, police released surveillance images of the remaining two suspects. On Jan. 29, Lashayla Patterson, 17, was arrested.

The third suspect, Stephen Hartley III, 18, was arrested Feb. 6.

The two underage suspects are facing charges including first-degree robbery, a Measure 11 crime. They were booked in the Donald E. Long Juvenile Detention Home.

Hartley is in the Multnomah County Jail on charges including first-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery.

Police said anonymous tips to Crime Stoppers led to the arrests of Patterson and Hartley.
