DAYTON, OR (KPTV) -

Deputies arrested three people right across the street from a Yamhill County school as part of a methamphetamine investigation.

The Yamhill County Interagency Narcotics Team served a search warrant at 105-A Eighth St. in Dayton at 4 p.m. Wednesday.

The home is directly across from the Dayton High School gymnasium.

Investigators said the warrant service was carefully planned to minimize the possibility that students would be nearby at the time.

Detectives said they found 3 ounces of meth in the home, along with more than $1,000 cash, packaging material, controlled narcotic pain pills and other evidence of delivery of drugs.

Marq Williams, 45, Kimberley Williams, 27, and Lyndsey Morehouse, 26, were all arrested.

Marq Williams was booked in the Yamhill County Jail on charges of delivery of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school. His bail is $1 million.

Kimberley Williams is facing the charge of possession of a substantial quantity of methamphetamine. Her bail was set at $500,000.

Morehouse is in jail on a no-bail hold for violation of her probation.

Additional charges are expected.
