Washington County Deputies arrested a man who they say forced his way into a relative's home before being shot at.
It happened just after 8:30 p.m. Monday on Southwest 170th Avenue in Aloha. Deputies say Albert Leggett barged into a man's house to confront him over a family issue. They say when Leggett refused to leave, the man fired a gun at him. Leggett was not hit, but he ran off.
Deputies found him at a nearby sports bar and arrested him. He faces charges of burglary and criminal mischief.
