SCOTTSDALE, AZ (CBS5) -

Police need your help in finding a man who tried to steal money from an ATM in Scottsdale.

Scottsdale police said the suspect was drilling into the ATM machine about 3 p.m. on April 4 on the property of Westworld event facility at 16601 N. Pima Road.

A witness reported the incident to a private security guard and when the guard approached the suspect he took off in a white GMC pickup truck that had been recently stolen out of Phoenix.

The suspect wasn't able to get any money out but he did cause hundreds of dollars in damage, according to Scottsdale police.

If you have information on the suspect, call the Scottsdale Police Department at 480-312-5000.
