Both Jesuit and Central Catholic high schools played ball for the first time since their bench-clearing brawl that went viral.
Now, the Portland Umpires Association is even taking notes from their big fight.
The home-plate collision caught on camera by the Oregonian shows the fight between Jesuit and Central Catholic that landed both teams in hot water.
Jesuit's entire varsity baseball roster, except for their catcher, was suspended for one game, along with nine players from Central Catholic, according to the Oregon School Activities Association.
FOX 12 has confirmed the PUA discussed the fight in great detail at their bimonthly meeting Monday. The association says they've watched several videos taken from that day, including one captured by Jesuit staff.
Administrators say after reviewing those videos at great length, they stand by the ump's actions and now plan to use the videos as a teaching tool for other umps in the association.
While Jesuit's Varsity roster sat on the bench Monday, the school's JV team stepped up to the plate taking on Sunset High.
In the end, Jesuit lost 2-1.
Central Catholic took on Centennial without their key players Monday, losing 11-9.
