BEND, OR (KPTV) -

A missing 21-year-old skier from Bend has been found safe on Mount Bachelor.

Ryan Deyoung disappeared while skiing on the mountain Sunday.

Ski patrol crews found ski tracks that went through the east catch line, which is one of the boundaries established by Mount Bachelor's Ski Area. They believed Deyoung may have been associated with those tracks, but they otherwise found no sign of him.

He had an all-day ski pass, which was last used at a turnstile at 9:10 a.m. Sunday.

On Monday, sheriff's deputies said Deyoung was found safe on the mountain. Additional information wasn't immediately available, and crews were working to bring him down the mountain as of early Monday afternoon.
