For the first time since Maurice Lucas and Bill Walton, two Trail Blazers teammates earned All-NBA honors in the same season.

LaMarcus Aldridge and Damian Lillard were named to the All-NBA third team on Wednesday.

Aldridge was previously selected for the team following the 2010-2011 season. It's the first such honor for Lillard, who was named NBA Rookie of the Year after last season.

Both players also made the All-Star Team this year. They helped lead the blazers to a 54-28 record and a first-round playoff victory over the Houston Rockets.

Aldridge and Lillard are the first Trail Blazers to be named to All-NBA teams in the same year since Maurice Lucas and Bill Walton did it for the 1977-78 season.

The only other players to earn All-NBA honors in Trail Blazers franchise history are Jim Paxson, Clyde Drexler and Brandon Roy.

Indiana's Paul George, Charlotte's Al Jefferson and Phoenix's Goran Dragic join Aldridge and Lillard on the 2013-14 All-NBA third team.

The All-NBA First Team includes Kevin Durant (Oklahoma City), LeBron James (Miami), Joakim Noah (Chicago), James Harden (Houston) and Chris Paul (L.A. Clippers). Blake Griffin (L.A. Clippers), Kevin Love (Minnesota), Dwight Howard (Houston), Stephen Curry (Golden State) and Tony Parker (San Antonio) have received All-NBA second team honors.
