Dr. Nabil Ebraheim was convicted of vehicular manslaughter in Toledo Municipal Court Thursday, June 26.

Ebraheim was sentenced to 90 days in jail, which Judge Timothy Kuhlman suspended. The judge also levied a $750 fine and ordered Ebraheim's license suspended for a year.

Ebraheim does have driving privileges for his medical practice and teaching obligations.

Ebraheim must attend a one day class in the victim impact program.
