MINNEAPOLIS, June 30, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- ACA International Education Foundation proudly announces today that Pedro Olinger of Nashua, N.H. will receive a $1,000 scholarship to help support his post-secondary education. Olinger is a graduate of Wilton Lyndeborough Co-op and will attend the University of New Hampshire.

Honoring the memories of Robert E. Loomer and Irvin "Dempsey" Mortenson, the Loomer-Mortenson Scholarship is available annually to four employees working within the credit and collections industry and members of their family.  A total of $10,000 is split amongst the four winners.

Novak and the three other 2014 Loomer-Mortenson Scholarship winners were selected from a national pool of more than 70 applicants based on several criteria including an essay outlining the value of consumer credit. The three other 2014 Loomer-Mortenson recipients are Michael Davis of Bessemer, Ala., Wynter Novak of Omaha, Neb., and Emily Schabel of Westport, Ind.
