CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

The Chagrin Falls woman who plowed into a group of motorcycle riders while allegedly looking at her phone, was arraigned Wednesday.

Kary Myles pled not guilty to four counts of aggravated vehicular assault.  If she is convicted, each charge could bring a five year prison sentence.

Myles is out on a $2500 bond.

The accident happened this past May in Valley View.

Cuyahoga County Prosecutors say Myles was not texting, but doing some activity on her phone.

Seven people on the motorcycles were injured.
