CORVALLIS, OR (KPTV) -

A woman loaded a shopping cart with TVs, Blu-ray players, video games and clothes and attempted to walk out of a crowded Fred Meyer store on Black Friday without paying, according to police.

Corvallis police were called to the store on Northwest Kings Boulevard on Friday morning on reports of a theft.

Officers arrived and detained the suspect, identified as 35-year-old Jacqueline Underwood.

Police said she was carrying meth as she tried to leave the store with more than $1,500 in merchandise.

She was arrested on charges of first-degree theft and possession of methamphetamine.

Underwood was booked in the Benton County Jail and bail was set at $25,000.
