CORVALLIS, OR (KPTV) -

A woman called 911 as a wanted man who took off his pants and underwear attempted to get into her home, according to Corvallis police.

Police responded to the 400 block of Northwest 11th Street at 8:45 a.m. Saturday.

A woman told police a man came to her front door, knocked loudly and tried to open the locked door. While on the front porch, the suspect removed his pants and underwear, according to police, and then went to the back door.

He again knocked and tried to open the back door, investigators said.

The woman called 911 and police arrived and located the suspect, identified as 25-year-old Hyun Jae Kim of Corvallis, wearing only a shirt.

Kim told officers he was trying to contact a friend, but police said the address he gave for the friend was not near the 400 block of Northwest 11th Street.

Police said Kim appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and possibly another substance based on his behavior.

His pants were located on the front porch, "and were wet, which is possibly why they were removed," according to the Corvallis Police Department.

Kim was arrested on charges of second-degree trespass and disorderly conduct. Police said he also had two arrest warrants in Benton County on burglary and theft charges.

Kim was taken to the Benton County Jail with bail set at $561,000.
