Police: Four men indicted for Lloyd Center shooting; shooter on the loose

PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Four men were indicted on criminal charges in connection to a gang shooting outside the Lloyd Center mall, but the suspected shooter remains on the loose, according to Portland police.

Officers responded to the Lloyd Center at 8:22 p.m. July 17 on reports of shots fired.

Investigators said there was a disturbance inside the Lloyd Center that led to the shooting in the parking structure on the northwest side of the mall.

No gunshot victims were located. Witnesses told police some of the people involved in the shooting ran away and others left the area in vehicles.

On Monday, police said a Multnomah County grand jury had indicted four suspects.

Manuelito Gonzales, 23, Bruce Hall, 24, and Masico Walker Jr., 23, were arraigned in court Monday. Gonzales is charged with attempted assault and riot, Hall is facing charges of attempted assault and Walker is charged with riot.

The fourth suspect, identified as Romel Yarborough, is wanted on charges of attempted aggravated murder with a firearm, attempted murder with a firearm, seven counts of unlawful use of a weapon with a firearm, felon in possession of a firearm and riot.

Yarborough is described as a black man, 6' tall and 180 pounds with tattoos on his back, chest and arms. He is considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone who sees Yarborough should immediately call 911. Anyone with non-emergency information about Yarborough or his whereabouts is asked to contact Detective Todd Teats at 503-823-3722.
