SALEM, OR (KPTV) -

Three men armed with a shotgun and crowbars assaulted two people during a violent home invasion robbery, according to the Marion County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies responded to the 4900 block of Sunnyview Road Northeast at 12:40 p.m. Monday.

The victims said three white men wearing black hooded sweatshirts and black bandanas broke in and got away with items from the home.

The victims said they did not know the robbers.

Two of the suspects are described as 5'9" to 5'10" with average builds, while the third suspect is described as taller and thin.

Deputies said they got away in a newer, white Chevy or Ford truck with a 4-inch lift and 35-inch tires.

Anyone with information about the suspects is asked to call 911, according to the sheriff's office.
