TIGARD, OR (KPTV) -

A man was detained at Washington Square after police said he was caught taking upskirt photos of women at the mall using his phone.

Police responded to the H&M store inside the mall at 2:20 p.m. Saturday.

Store security detained Ignacio Manuel Napoles Cinto, 24, of Tualatin. Two girls reported to security workers that they saw Cinto positioning a phone under women's skirts.

Investigators said he snapped photos of at least 15 unsuspecting women that day. The victims have not been identified.

Police said evidence showed the victims were likely photographed at multiple locations.

Detectives would like to hear from anyone who may have seen the suspect at any point Saturday at Washington Square. Witnesses are asked to call 503-718-COPS.

Cinto was booked in the Washington County Jail on charges of 15 counts of invasion of personal privacy.
