Accused serial groper in Tualatin faces judge

TUALATIN, OR (KPTV) -

A Tualatin man is behind bars after police say he groped several women and exposed himself in a public park.

Officers arrested 22-year-old Sean Luff on Tuesday.

Police said Luff was exposing himself in Ibach Park and some witnesses confronted him. Luff walked off while the bystanders called police.

Officers arrived and searched the area and say they soon caught Luff nearby.

While interviewing Luff, officers said they were able to link him to other recent incidents where women were groped in public by a stranger.

Luff was arrested for the same thing in Hillsboro last year.

Marcia Olenslager says she is one of the groping victims and tonight, she’s relieved that Luff is off the streets.

“I’m so excited they were able to catch him and make it quick too," said Olenslager. “So now the citizens of Tualatin feel a little more safe tonight.”

Luff was arraigned Wednesday on charges of public indecency, third-degree sex abuse and probation violation.

Investigators believe there may be more groping victims who just haven’t reported the incident yet.

If it happened to you, you’re asked to call Tualatin Police.
