PACIFIC CITY, OR (KPTV) -

The body of a missing Benton County woman washed up on a beach near Cape Kiwanda, Tillamook Emergency Management said Friday.

Officials said the body of Elise Dickey, 18, was spotted south of the beach access at Cape Kiwanda around 3:45 Thursday afternoon. The medical examiner determined the cause of death to be drowning.

Dickey and her boyfriend, Sean Yamaguchi, 22, were reported missing on July 29.

Yamaguchi's body was found Monday near McPhillips Beach, north of Cape Kiwanda. The medical examiner determined his death to be a drowning as well.

The circumstances that led to the couple's drowning aren't clear, but deputies said they don't suspect foul play.
