Police: Four people arrested during drug bust in Lebanon

LEBANON, OR (KPTV) -

Four people were arrested on Friday after detectives served a narcotic related search warrant at a home in Lebanon.

Linn County Detectives served the search warrant at a home in the 800 block of W. Oak Street.

Detectives said they found 3 ounces of methamphetamine, $367, digital scales and multiple prescription tablets. They also found a stolen .380 Hi Point semi-automatic pistol from a 2015 case investigated by the Lebanon Police Department.

The home that was searched was within 1000' of Green Acres School.

James Willard Pedigo, 72, was arrested delivery of a control substance-methamphetamine within a 1000' of a school, possession of methamphetamine, felon in possession of a firearm, theft by receiving, delivery of a controlled substance schedule II, PCS schedule II, and DCS-Hydrocodone within a 1000' of a school.

Julia Anne Payne, 36, was arrested for frequenting a place where controlled substances are used and possession of methamphetamine.

Christopher Allen Hutson, 29, was arrested on a parole and probation warrant.

Jennifer Ojeda Garcia, 26, of Albany, was arrested for two Albany Municipal warrants.

Police said Garcia came to the home during the investigation.

Pedigo, Huston, Garcia and Payne were taken to the Linn County Jail.

Detectives are continuing to investigate this case.
