PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

After visiting a SE Portland laundromat, a local woman said she left empty handed when someone made off with almost her entire wardrobe.

Angela Thomas said the Clean-O-Rama Laundromat is still her favorite place to go to wash her clothes, and has no plans of taking her business elsewhere.

Thomas is working with the owner and hopes the surveillance video will help track down the laundry thieves, and hopefully get her clothes back.

Thomas went to Clean-O-Rama like she always does every Tuesday to do her laundry.

"This is my laundromat, I've come here for years. I guess I've always done the same routine."

Even though it was a normal night of washing clothes, Thomas noticed things weren't quite right.

"I came in put my clothes in the washer. Then when I put them in the dryer, I noticed some people in here asking some weird questions to everyone who was in here."

While waiting for her clothes to dry, Thomas stepped across the street to a grocery store.

"When I came back, the dryers were open and everything was gone."

Thomas said she didn't panic, because her laundry has disappeared before.

"At first, I was thinking that because it was kind of close to closing time, I thought the owner packed up my things to store in his office. Because that's happened before."

However, that wasn't the case.

"It never came to my mind that someone would steal someone else's laundry."

Thomas is now relying on the surveillance video. In the video you can see a woman casually walk in and head to the very back of the room, straight for Thomas' dryers.

About 30 seconds later, a man joins the woman and helps load up the laundry. The woman carries over the rest of the load and in two minutes flat, they're gone.

"It was pretty much everything I own as far as summer clothes. So I was pretty upset, I'm still upset."

Even though she is upset, Thomas isn't letting this interrupt her weekly routine of laundry at Clean-O-Rama.

"It's been three days and I'm back here again doing my laundry. Of course I'm not gonna leave this time, I'm gonna stay with my clothes."

Thomas notes that there were a lot of clothes sitting around the laundromat that night, and the people in the surveillance video went straight for her dryers.

Thomas said she has received clothing donations from people, but really just wants her wardrobe back.
