Police: Man arrested delivery, possession of meth in Lebanon

LEBANON, OR (KPTV) -

A man was arrested on drug related charges after police served a narcotics related search warrant at a property in Lebanon.

Lebanon Police Department along with Albany Police Department and the Linn County Sheriff's Office served the search warrant at a converted shop in the 200 block of S. 2nd Street on Friday.

Police said they found about 4.2 grams of meth, $163, prescription pills belonging to unknown subjects, scales, packaging material and double edge knives on the property.

The owner of the shop, Milton Lyle Brown, 62, was arrested and charged with delivery of methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school, possession of methamphetamine, and felon in possession of a restricted weapon.

Brown was taken to the Linn County Jail.

Holly Ann Smith, 33, was at the property at the time of the search. She was taken into custody, cited and released for frequenting a place where drugs are used or sold.
