SEASIDE, OR (KPTV) -

Police served warrants at a suspected drug house in Seaside and arrested three people on meth and heroin charges.

Officers said they found methamphetamine, heroin, digital scales, packaging material, records of drugs sales, hundreds of used hypodermic needles and numerous stolen items in the home at 1605 N. Wahanna Road on Saturday.

The house was the source of constant neighbor complaints about squatters and drug activity, according to police.

Due to the living conditions, officers asked for the fire marshal of Seaside and the Clatsop County electrical inspector to respond. They determined the home was dangerous and uninhabitable.

During the search, police arrested Logan Holt, 27, for two outstanding warrants, as well as charges of delivery and possession of meth.

Detectives also obtained probable cause to arrest two additional suspects in connection to the case. Vicky Moyer, 43, is facing charges of delivery and possession of heroin, possession of prescription amphetamine tables and possession of ecstasy tables.

William Waddell, 46, was arrested on charges of delivery and possession of heroin and possession of meth.

Following the arrests, detectives served another search warrant on Moyer's vehicle and seized meth, heroin, a digital scale, several hundred dollars in cash and more records of drug sales.

The case has been forwarded to the Clatsop County District Attorney's Office for review.
