VANCOUVER, WA (KPTV) -

A 15-year-old girl woke up to a stranger in her home touching her leg Sunday morning, according to the Clark County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies responded to the 17000 block of Northeast 2nd Loop at 5:30 a.m. on a report of a burglary.

Investigators learned the teen girl was asleep, when she woke up to a male suspect in her room touching her leg.

The girl screamed and the stranger ran away. Deputies said she was unable to provide a description of the suspect.

Deputies and a K-9 team searched the area, but were unable to locate a suspect.

Investigators said it appears the suspect entered the home and left through a sliding glass door.

Anyone with information about this investigation is asked to contact the Clark County Sheriff's Office.
