Emergency crews respond to two-vehicle crash on Washougal River Road

WASHOUGAL, WA (KPTV) -

Skamania County Emergency Medical Services responded to a two-vehicle crash at Mile Post 8.5 on Washougal River Road around 4:39 p.m. Monday afternoon.

Crews found one sedan laying upside down on the embankment on the north side of the roadway, and the second sedan on the roadway with front-end damage.

The rolled over vehicle had one adult male driver who was found entangled in the vehicle, and a 50-year-old female passenger who had been helped out of the vehicle by bystanders.

The driver of the second vehicle, a 28-year-old female, was found by crews lying on the side of the roadway.

Emergency medical services were able to quickly get all three occupants out of their cars.  

All three occupants were transported to a local hospital, and conditions have not been released.
