LANE COUNTY, OR (KPTV) -

Oregon State Police Troopers responded to a truck versus commercial vehicle collision on Highway 99W near milepost 105, just north of Junction City.

Troopers found a 2007 Ford F150 severely damaged in the roadway, and a 2006 Kenworth commercial vehicle with a trailer rolled over its shoulder.

Officials report that the preliminary information indicates the Kenworth was towing a box trailer traveling southbound on 99W when the truck drifted off the highway and onto the shoulder.

The truck then reentered the highway where the trailer slid across the centerline into north bound lanes and crashed into the Ford.

After crashing into the Ford, the Kenworth and box trailer exited the highway and the Kenworth rolled onto its roof.

Emergency crews had to remove the driver of the Kenworth, Randall Likens, 56, of Chesire, from the truck.

He was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.

The driver of the Ford, Cory Wall, 32, of Eugene was taken by ambulance to a local hospital.

A 3 month old passenger was also taken to a local hospital. There is no information on his injuries at this time.

A passenger of the Ford, Amanda Wall, 28, of Eugene was pronounced dead at the scene.

A 2-year-old male passenger of the Ford was taken to a local hospital where he was declared deceased.
