Police said the incident happened around 3:51 p.m. when the girl was walking home from Chief Joseph School, located at 2409 North Saratoga Street, when a man rode up on his bicycle and asked her some questions then exposed himself to her.

The girl ran home and told her mom who then called police.

Police said the suspect is described as a white man in his 30s, medium to thin build, brown hair, mustache, wearing a blue t-shirt, blue baseball hat, shorts and black athletic shoes. The bike he was riding was described as a mountain bike with a rack and saddlebags.

According to police, there is an unconfirmed report of a similar incident that also happened on Wednesday near De La Salle North Catholic High School, located at 7528 North Fenwick Ave., in the Kenton Neighborhood.

If anyone in the area of the incident have surveillance cameras, investigators are asking them to check recordings for any possible images of the suspect.

Anyone who sees the suspect should call 911 immediately.
