GRAND RONDE, OR (KPTV) -

A Wilsonville credit union robbery suspect was arrested at the Spirit Mountain Casino.

The FBI had filed a criminal complaint charging Kenneth Alan Fox, 54, in connection to the robbery at the First Tech Credit Union branch at 30200 S.W. Boones Ferry Road on Sept. 15.

Deputies said the suspect handed the teller a note stating he was armed and demanded money. Witnesses said no weapon was seen and nobody was injured, but the suspect got away with cash.

Deputies released surveillance images of the suspect following the robbery.

Information provided to the FBI by the sheriff's offices in Clackamas County, Polk County and Yamhill County, as well as Grand Ronde Tribal Police, led to Fox's arrest at the casino Wednesday evening.

The FBI reported that Fox was taken into custody without incident. He made his initial appearance before a federal magistrate at the U.S. District Courthouse in Portland on Thursday afternoon.
