PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

Two custom tricycles used by a woman in a wheelchair were stolen from the back porch of her southeast Portland home.

Police said the tricycles were reported stolen Friday from a home on the 2200 block of Southeast 145th Avenue.

The 65-year-old woman told police the tricycles were kept out of sight from the street. The suspect or suspects entered her locked backyard and took them sometime between Thursday night and Friday morning.

Both tricycles were custom made and allowed the victim to transition from her wheelchair to the trike, according to police.

Anyone with information about this theft is asked to contact Detective Pandra Parks at 503-823-0414 or pandra.parks@portlandoregon.gov, and reference Portland Police Bureau Case #15-332712.
