PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) -

All southbound lanes have now been re-opened and detours have been lifted after an semi-truck crash earlier Monday morning.

The truck had overturned and straddled the center barrier around 1 a.m. near milepost 301. The concrete barrier will need to be repaired.

Reports from Oregon Department of Transportation had originally stated that all lanes may re-open before the end of the Monday morning commute. But as of 7 a.m. all lanes have been cleared.

After initially saying there were no signs of impairment, police said they developed probable cause to arrest the driver on charges of DUII-alcohol and reckless driving. Joel Minh Hung Reynolds of Oklahoma was cited to appear in court and released to seek medical attention for a hand injury.
