Oregon City releases city manager

OREGON CITY, OR (KPTV) -

The Oregon City Commission voted to release its city manager David Frasher on Tuesday, effective this Friday.

The city commission said they lost confidence in Frasher and believes it’s time for a change.

Frasher had been on paid administrative leave since mid-August after a complaint was filed against him. But Oregon City mayor Dan Holladay said the complaint is not the basis for the decision to let Frasher go.
