DAMASCUS, OR (KPTV) -

A 35-year-old Damascus man who went to underage parties and supplied teens with methamphetamine is accused of sexually abusing at least two girls, according to police.

The Gresham Police Department said 35-year-old Matthew Tallmadge was arrested at his home on the 223000 block of Southeast Bohna Park Road on Thursday.

Detectives said Tallmadge met the two victims, ages 16 and 17 years old, as a drug dealer who supplied meth and other illicit drugs to kids at parties in Multnomah County.

"He then continued his unlawful contacts in Multnomah and Clackamas counties, sexually abusing select victims and supplying them with additional drugs," according to a Gresham Police Department release.

Police said as part of the abuse, Tallmadge photographed the girls in sexually explicit displays, creating child pornography.

Tallmadge is facing charges of second-degree sexual abuse, using a child in a sexual display and possession of meth. His bail was set at $825,000.

The total number of victims abused by Tallmadge remains under investigation, according to detectives, as well as whether or not he shared the pornographic images with others.

Police do believe there are additional victims.

Anyone who may have been a victim of Tallmadge or has any other information related to this case is asked to call the Gresham Police Department tip line at 503-618-2719.
