LAKE OSWEGO, OR (KPTV) -

Three members of a suspected professional theft crew who stole more than $50,000 worth of jewelry from a Lake Oswego business were tracked by detectives to Las Vegas and the Denver area, according to police.

Police said four people pulled off the theft at New to You & Simply Posh on A Avenue on Oct. 11.

Three of the suspects entered the store and distracted employees, before signaling for the fourth person to come in, according to police. Investigators said the fourth suspect used a tool to lift the glass top of a display case and grabbed more than 40 pieces of jewelry.

All the suspects were recorded by the store's surveillance cameras. Police said after the surveillance was released to the media, three of the four suspects were identified.

Arrest warrants were issued for David Morales, 53, and Eugene Morales, 47, both of Portland, on Aug. 27. Two days later, they were arrested in Aurora, Colorado.

Police said they will be extradited back to Oregon to face charges in this case, as well as a string of thefts in Washington, Marion and Multnomah counties.

One of the female suspects was identified as Lori Williams, 51. Police said she will also be charged in connection to the thefts.

The second female suspect has not yet been identified. She was dressed in white and wearing a baseball-type hat in the surveillance images.

Anyone who recognizes her is asked to contact the Lake Oswego Police Department at 503-635-0238.

Lake Oswego detectives said the jewelry was sold in Las Vegas and the Denver area between Oct. 15 and Oct. 28.

Local detectives are working with law enforcement in those areas to try to recover the stolen jewelry.
