GRESHAM, OR (KPTV) -

Travel trailers and other recreational vehicles at a Gresham business were the target of at least 20 burglaries over the last three days, according to police.

Detectives said the thieves are mainly taking flat-screen TVs from the RVs at Blue Dog RV on the 1900 block of E. Powell Boulevard.

Further investigation revealed the business had been victimized repeatedly in the past several months, with the total loss estimated at $250,000. At least one trailer was stolen.

Police have made one arrest in the case. Working late Wednesday night into early Thursday morning, detectives watching the business confronted a suspect at 3 a.m. Thursday.

Police said Conrad Herrera, 38, was caught walking out of a trailer with a 36-inch TV. Herrera was booked in the Multnomah County Jail on charges of burglary and theft.

Detectives believe there are other suspects who have not yet been identified.

Anyone with information about this investigation is asked to call the Gresham Police Department tip line at 503-618-2719.
