LEBANON, OR (KPTV) -

A Spokane man who used to live in Linn County was arrested after returning to Lebanon to meet with a child he sexually abused over a three-year period, according to police.

Shawnee Dye, 33, was arrested Friday on charges including first-degree sex abuse and sodomy.

Investigators said Dye lives in Spokane, but previously lived in Albany and Lebanon. On Friday, he drove from Spokane back to Lebanon under the impression that he was going to meet a minor he sexually abused between 2006 and 2009 at various locations in Lebanon and Albany, according to police.

Detectives located Dye in the Lebanon Walmart parking lot and arrested him.

Dye is currently only facing charges in connection to one underage victim, but police said they are now aware of at least two additional victims.

Anyone with additional information about the suspect or this investigation is asked to contact Detective Taylor Jackson at the Lebanon Police Department, 541-451-1751.
