ALBANY, OR (KPTV) -

An elementary school custodian accused of sexually abusing a student pleaded guilty in court and was sentenced to probation, with no additional jail time.

Justin Docken, 32, was arrested at his Albany home in July.

A 12-year-old girl reported that she had been abused by Docken the previous school year when she was in the fifth grade at Oak Grove Elementary in North Albany.

Docken was working at Timber Ridge School when he was arrested and originally faced three counts of first-degree sex abuse.

On Tuesday, he reached a plea deal and pleaded guilty to two counts of third-degree sex abuse.

Docken was sentenced to five years formal probation and he must register as a sex offender. He was also ordered to not have any future contact with the victim or other minors.
