ASTORIA, OR (KPTV) -

Three people were arrested after police served a search warrant at a home in Astoria.

The Astoria Police Department, along with a Clatsop County Sheriff’s Deputy served a search warrant for distribution of a controlled substance and other crimes at a home on Exchange Street on Thursday.

Inside the home police found Blaine Ogier, Jessica Gassner, and Krystal Wilson.

Wilson was arrested on a warrant from Seaside Municipal Court.

Ogier and Gassner were arrested on charges of distribution of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.

Police say they found methamphetamine and other items that had been traded for the drug.

Officers on Thursday morning were watching the house to determine the right time to serve the warrant when a neighbor posted a sign outside the back of an apartment stating, “Dope sold here we are watching you, your vehicles, and your friends.”

Officers took the sign as further evidence that the warrant was valid.

On Friday Astoria Police rearrested Jessica Gassner for tampering with evidence, and hindering prosecution.

Officers took Gassner’s phone and tablet as part of the search warrant.

When officers went to examine the phone, they found she had remotely wiped the phone. As soon as officers turned it on the, phones reformatted themselves.
