Officials respond to large structure fire in Vancouver

Posted: Updated:
VANCOUVER, WA (KPTV) -

Clark Regional Emergency Services have reopened part of a Vancouver road after a large structure fire broke out early Friday morning.

Officials had previously closed all lanes of 4th Plain Blvd because of the fire. Westbound lanes are now open.

Officials said the structure is a house that has been abandoned for years. No injuries have been reported.

One person was taken into custody near the scene, but firefighters said the arrest was not in relation to the fire.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
