Vancouver police are investigating two tire slashings in a Northeast neighborhood.
People in the neighborhood, located in the 6800 block of NE 94th Ave, said they heard a pop and then saw some teenagers running away towards a park nearby.
One man said someone also smashed the lights outside of his home.
"I know these two cars were slashed, another car around the corner got their tires slashed. They broke my light, busted it off," said Chad Twilleager. "It's just not good, not during the holidays. No one needs to pay for tires."
Twilleager said this is the first time he's heard of a problem in the neighborhood.
