Posted: Updated:

A man with his pants open exposing himself drove past two girls who were walking to school in southeast Portland, according to police.

Police responded to Creston School, 4701 S.E. Bush St., at 9:30 a.m. Thursday.

Two 12-year-old girls told officers they were walking along Southeast 47th Avenue near Francis Avenue when they saw a man in a car exposing himself.

The girls told police the passenger-side window was rolled down as the driver passed them, which allowed them to see into the car.

Both girls said the driver did not make eye contact with them or attempt to talk to them. He drove north on 47th Avenue before turning west onto Francis Street.

The girls described the suspect as a white man in his 30s with short dark hair. He was wearing dark pants and a blue hooded sweatshirt.

The suspect's car is described as a four-door Infinity from the 1990s.

If anyone in the area has surveillance cameras, police are asking them to check their recordings to see if they caught the suspect on camera.

Anyone seeing or encountering this suspect should immediately call 911.

Anyone with information about this suspect should call the police non-emergency line at 503-823-3333, reference case #15-422172.
