Deputies said they arrested three people and recovered "dealer amounts" of methamphetamine after serving a search warrant at a Lebanon home.

The Linn County Sheriff's Office, assisted by Linn Regional SWAT and the Linn Drug Task Force, served the warrant at a home on the 39800 block of McDowell Creek Drive at 7:20 a.m. Thursday.

Two people who live in the home, 47-year-old Richard Sell and 61-year-old Eileen Scott, were taken into custody.

Deputies said they seized numerous items from the property, including meth, illegally owned prescription medication, digital scales, packaging materials, drug records, drug paraphernalia, suspected stolen items, a pistol and nearly $1,300 in cash.

Sell and Scott were both arrested on charges of unlawful delivery and possession of methamphetamine. Sell also faces an additional charge of unlawful possession of a firearm.

While investigators were processing the scene, 39-year-old William Pace III of Sweet Home arrived at the home. His vehicle was searched and deputies said they recovered meth, a digital scale and a loaded pistol.

Pace was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of meth, unlawful possession of a firearm and carrying a concealed weapon.
