SAN ANTONIO (KPTV) -

The Oregon Ducks are getting ready for their appearance in the Alamo Bowl, and will have a new look for the game.

The team released images of their bowl game uniforms Friday.

The new gear is similar to the uniforms the team wore at the 2013 Alamo Bowl, and according to Nike, only weighs 20.4 ounces.

They will be wearing mostly white, but the players’ shoes will show off the green and yellow and their gloves will have the mascot's face on them.

Earlier this season, the Ducks unveiled a special “Oregon Pioneer” uniform when the team faced Washington State, and also sported custom gear for the Civil War game against Oregon State, among their 12 different regular season looks.

The Ducks are touchdown favorites in their matchup against TCU, which airs Saturday afternoon on ESPN.

On Thursday, police arrested Trevone Boykin, the Horned Frog's quarterback, and he has been suspended from the team.

Reports said Boykin snuck out of his room at the team hotel sometime after midnight and got into a bar fight a few blocks away. During the fight, investigators say he hit a police officer.

Boykin was the 9th leading vote getter in the Heisman trophy, and could have been the trickiest quarterback the Duck’s defense would face all season.
